Before you kill yourself : The activity book.

In these 24 pages, you will find games just like in any activity book : pages to colour, crosswords, a maze, guessing games... But this time, the activity book is given to you as an answer to a very very low mood - from feeling hopelessness to having suicidal thoughts.

I did it all with my hands and all my heart, based on both my experience as a creative and clinical psychologist, and life coach. Original concept and all ideas are by me.

In short, you will find :

• 4/6 pages of colouring and drawing ;
• 5 pages of games ;
• 3 pages of knowledge on the topic of suicide ;
• 5 pages to soothe your pain/motivate you.

This activity book is not supposed to replace help from any mental health worker but it will bring you some comfort, have you busy and may even make you smile softly, with its witty sense of humour :)
